Welcome and thanks so much for visiting our Central Florida Association for Marriage and Family Therapy website.  As President, I am pleased to report that CFAMFT has an extremely involved and dedicated Board of Directors.  We also have a significant, diverse, and active membership.

The mission of CFAMFT is to lead the transformation of mental health care in the Orlando area via the already established values of integrity, innovation, and inclusiveness, and promote quality mental health care through education, leadership, and advocacy.  As an organization, we strive to do these things by way of education of membership, visitors, and the community at large.  This is mainly accomplished at our monthly in-service meetings which are open to members and guests alike.  We also attempt to be a safe haven and home base for professionals working in the field, but especially to our up and coming generation of new therapists working toward their degrees and licenses.  Finally, CFAMFT is an excellent place for networking for all mental health professionals.

I have been a member of CFAMFT for well over a decade.  I have held many positions with this organization and have grown personally and professionally as each year has passed.  I am thankful to CFAMFT for helping me “grow up” with the love, support and knowledge that are offered to all who desire it, every step of the way!

I am honored to serve this organization for this biennium as their President.
